Member Benefits

As of part of membership with the Digital Design Circle, the Member will receive the following benefits:
Access to a private Facebook community, a monthly Kajabi and branding masterclass, a monthly live Q+A, unlimited and immediate access to all membership materials and recordings for as long as the membership is kept in good standing, locked in pricing model, mobile access to all membership materials. Note that mobile access cannot be guaranteed depending on the type of mobile device that the Member uses.

Membership Dues

Members will be automatically billed $19.00 (USD) every month OR $195.00 (USD) every year until the membership is cancelled. If payment fails, the payment system will make repeated attempts to acquire payment. An admin from the Digital Design Circle will also contact the member in question to ask about alternate payment methods or updating current payment methods. If payment is not acquired and/or the member does not respond, membership access will be terminated after 30 days and the member will no longer be billed.

There will not be reminders or invoices sent before subsequent payments are collected. It is your responsibility to note the date(s) when your plan will renew.  

Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

Share their login information with non-members

Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members

Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions

Liability

The Member will not hold the Digital Design Circle liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.

The Member agrees that the Digital Design Circle cannot guarantee any results (business, financial, or otherwise) from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices. 

The Member agrees to not interpret any of the membership materials as legal advice. Although legal information may come up when dealing with certain aspects of Kajabi, or during Q+A sessions, this does not constitute legal advice and to rely on such informatoin as such is done at your own risk.

Privacy

The Digital Design Circle will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties. 

Membership Termination

The Digital Design Circle has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Digital Design Circle also has sole discretion to terminate any Member for any reason. Members terminated by the Digital Design Circle will retain access to membership materials until the end of their current billing cycle. The Member can terminate their own membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of the membership being electronic and with instant access, there are no refunds under any circumstances. If a Member cancels, they will not be billed for the next billing cycle, but they will not receive a refund for the previous billing cycle.
